Vintage 80's Black Water-wave Taffeta Balloon Skirt (AKA Bubble Skirt). Ladies Size 10, a fully lined skirt, button and zipper closure to the back. The skirt features Black Tulle Ruching or Ruffle all the way around the base of skirt. Approx. length is just above the knee.
This rare and original 80's skirt was purchased in Moruya, NSW in 1984 and is in immaculate condition. It was only ever worn once to a Primary School Disco.
